<<NEW BUILD VILLAS WITH SEA VIEWS IN LA CALA DE MIJAS

We speak your language and have 15 years experience of happy clients. Contact COSTA SPAIN PROPERTIES to make your dream in the sun a reality! NEW BUILD VILLAS WITH SEA VIEWS IN LA CALA DE MIJAS Starting from the traditional silhouette of a house, the primordial pentagon, the design team has evolved these geometric lines to create a symbiosis with the existing vegetation, establishing a continuous dialogue with nature, its energy and its movement. This is how the central axis that configures the traditional sloping roof of the house breaks and moves one of its edges, dancing to the rhythm of the wind breeze. This generates a distinction between each villa, creating a unique skyline on the Costa del Sol. Under the philosophy of “Less is More”, the design conveys the search for pure, elegant and gentle lines. Materials such as natural wood have been used in selected areas of the villa’s cladding, allowing a constant dialogue with the natural landscape around it, and unquestionably bestowing on the project the uniqueness, elegance and purity that defines New Build villas. The staircase, designed and built as a piece of sculpture, elevates the living area to become an exclusive art gallery. 3 and 4-bedroom villas have been designed to optimize the spaces and the relationships between the different areas. Just a few minutes away by car you have the charming town of Mijas and its carefully preserved old town with quaint narrow streets, you can go shopping in Marbella or Fuengirola, or enjoy the nightlife in La Cala de Mijas or Puerto Banús. Villa located in a peaceful area just few minutes drive from the fabulous beaches of the Costa del Sol, Chaparral Golf and only 20 minutes from Marbella and 30 minutes from Málaga airport. Chaparral Golf Club is an 18-hole “Parkland Forest” course, surrounded by a Mediterranean forest. The protected area enhances the typical beauty of the region, where the mountains meet the sea. Chaparral Golf Club is situated in a privileged location, in the heart of Andalucía, in the Mijas Golf Valley.
